This page explains how to delete your Famous Quest account, developed by Redarock, and what happens to your data.
1How to request deletion
- Send an email to the address below from the email registered on your account.
- Use the subject "Delete account — Famous Quest".
- If you no longer have access to that email, include the account email and your display name so we can confirm the account is yours.
- We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

2Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently erase:
- Account email and password
- Display name (nickname)
- In-app activity (rooms, matches, answers, scores and content already seen)
- Friend code, friend list, friend requests and invitations
- Content reports you submit
This action cannot be undone.
3Data that may be kept
- App access logs, for 6 months, as required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014, art. 15).
- Anonymized information and aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
- Data needed to comply with legal obligations or defend legal claims, for the required period.
4Delete only some data
To delete only part of your data without deleting your account, email the same address describing what you want removed.
